Anna Hollings, presents 'Human Being' an evolving exhibition of figurative paintings and drawings.

The work is experimental and evolving to show the artist’s process. Subjects are primarily figurative; they are ‘humans being’ in that they inhabit an environment or context which tells a story. They are either real or imaginary, from photos or memory.

Anna’s professional career spans 20 years of exhibiting in major dealer galleries throughout New Zealand. She has been a finalist in a number of significant awards and has participated in a variety of invitational/group exhibitions. Her preferred medium is oil on canvas with subjects ranging from figurative, surrealist/abstract through to landscape more recently.
